Jersey is developing a proportionate framework for the manufacture, supply and oversight of unlicensed medicines, including cannabis-based products for medicinal use.
The proposed framework would establish clear quality, licensing, prescribing, surveillance and evidence-generation requirements while allowing appropriate reliance on trusted international regulators.
